How solder a TD1208 properly

Hi TD team,

We have several problem of reliability because of the soldering. What is the field recommandations to make a good and strong solder ?

T° of the hoven ? Solder Thickness ?

Because i follow the datasheet, thickness 0.15um, 250° for 30sec, Land pattern, but with little shock the solder can break...

Reflow soldering profile is available in the last datasheet (TD1208 datasheet v1.7, p27).
