Hello,

I have some difficult with the Developer Dashboard. I had a former account with a TD1208 module but now, I register a new account and I would like transfer my module on the new account. The problem is that the module ID and Key aren't recognize by the Developer dashboard...
How transfer my module TD1208 to the new account ?

Hi Valentin,

With a TD1208 EVB, you get a 1-year free subscription to the Sigfox network (backend) and a 1-year subscription to the CloudOnChip (TD backend with Dashboard). This is not the case when you buy a standalone TD1208 module: you will have to attach it to your own Sigfox account, and optionally to the CloudOnChip backend.
