No more data transmission with dev kit!!!

Hello,
I updated the firmware within the dev kit and after verification with AT command : "AT&V" it replied with a OK but when sending message, the device replies well with a OK but no message seen within device nor developer interfaces;
After many attempts, I managed to recover the factory bin within device firmware but the problem persists ...
