UART RX to be inverted

Hi
I need to invert the UART0 RX pin TTL level in order to be compliant with some RS232 sensors.
I found this define setting: UART_CTRL_RXINV in efm32g_uart.h fine.
How can I access the UART0 Control register to setup this setting ?
