TRAP error loading example LAN_RX in a TD1208

Hi
After loading the example lan_rx ( lan_tx is doing the same) into a TD1208, I get the following error on the PUTTY screen:

Problem in init

After that is not possible to reload the firmware with the TDLoader but is possible with the DB2 and DB3 pins.
After loading the firmware td1208_modem_SOFT2069 correctly, the TD1208 responds to AT commands but isn't possible to send anything via radio. It seems there is some problem with the radio chip. I have do the same with 3 TD1208 and all the three respond in the same way. With a TD1205P all is working OK.
Any idea about it?

Thanks for your help
