We ...
- ... have recently purchased a TD1208 SigFox module for the development of a prototype for an IoT product.
- ... use the UART interface and the AT commands to interact with the module
- ... have moved our account from the TD backend to the SigFox backend
We encountered problems with the use of the downlink: when requesting a downlink, this request doesn't reach the SigFox backend.
E.g.: when we try the example from the TD1208 reference manual: AT$SF=33 31,2,1
We contacted SigFox support and went through a few interactions to debug the problem. A few commands were used to identify the module:

AT$IF?
868200000,200,20
So far, everything seemed fine, but when requesting the downlink frequency, it seems this fails...
OK
AT$DR?
ERROR
Also setting these parameters fails:
AT$IF=868130000,200,20
OK
AT$DR=869525000
ERROR
What would be a next step to resolve this problem?

Christophe VG
